Our Services Policy
Attendance
Regular attendance is expected. Students who miss more than 3 consecutive sessions without notice may lose access to course materials.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 24 hours of the first session if the student decides the course is not a fit. No refunds after the first 24 hours.
Recordings
Lecture recordings are shared with enrolled students only and must not be distributed outside the batch.
Code of Conduct
Rasekh is a safe, respectful learning space. Harassment or misconduct of any kind will result in immediate removal with no refund.
Certificates
Completion certificates are issued only to students who complete all assignments and quizzes with a passing score.
Content Compliance
All content, materials, and assets submitted to Rasekh must comply with Islamic principles and ethical standards. The depiction of any living beings — including humans, animals, or birds — is strictly prohibited, whether realistic, illustrative, or stylized.
Representation of Women
No images, illustrations, animations, or visual representations depicting women shall be submitted, requested, or required in any content provided to or produced by Rasekh. Violation of this provision constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Prohibited Content
The following is strictly prohibited: profanity or obscene language; adult, sexually explicit, or indecent material; gambling-related content; violence, harassment, or content promoting harm; and any content contrary to Islamic teachings. Rasekh's determination of non-compliance is final and binding.
Review & Termination
All client content and project deliverables are subject to review at any stage. If non-compliant content is identified, the Client will be asked to revise it within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to comply gives Rasekh the right to suspend or terminate the project without liability or refund for completed work.
Client Liability
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all submitted content meets the standards set forth in this Agreement. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Rasekh harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from a breach of these content standards. Violations may result in refusal of service or immediate termination.
